Travis Nelson, PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Physical Therapist
Dr. Nelson was born at RAF Lakenheath, England, and grew up in an Air Force family,
experiencing life in various locations. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from
Murray State University in 2017 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Brenau University
in 2022. With a background in both pediatrics and outpatient orthopedics, Dr. Nelson effectively treats patients of all ages, helping them reach their functional goals and maximize their quality of life. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney. Together, they love playing sports, exploring beaches, springs, cities, and mountains, hunting for shark teeth, and solving crosswords.
Haley Paulk, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Paulk is a native of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida in 2019. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2023. Since then, Dr. Paulk has been practicing in outpatient physical therapy in the Florida Panhandle, where she has provided care for patients of all ages including a wide range of orthopedic conditions, with a focus on post-operative recovery, spinal pathologies, and chronic pain. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and is a huge Texas Longhorn fan. Hook em horns!
Summer Justice, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Justice is originally from Dothan, AL. She received her B.S in Human Performance and Exercise Science from the University of Alabama in 2016 and obtained her Doctor of Physical from Alabama State University in 2021. Following graduation, she moved down to the panhandle where she began her career in outpatient orthopedics, treating a wide variety of post-operative and non surgical conditions, including chronic pain, neurological, and balance disorders.
Dr. Justice has a passion for working alongside her patients to help them reach their goals, with an emphasis on a holistic approach and functional based interventions. In her free time, Dr. Justice enjoys practicing reformer based Pilates, attending local events and concerts with friends, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Noah, and their mini dachshund, Buford.
Laura Woodard, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Woodard is a native of Freeport, having graduated from Freeport High School in 2015. She then earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Troy University in 2018. Dr. Woodard completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2023. Since then, she has worked in outpatient orthopedic settings, treating a diverse array of conditions, with a primary focus on achieving patients' individual goals. Outside of practicing physical therapy, Dr. Woodard enjoys engaging in physical activity and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
