Haley Paulk, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Paulk is a native of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida in 2019. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2023. Since then, Dr. Paulk has been practicing in outpatient physical therapy in the Florida Panhandle, where she has provided care for patients of all ages including a wide range of orthopedic conditions, with a focus on post-operative recovery, spinal pathologies, and chronic pain. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and is a huge Texas Longhorn fan. Hook em horns!
Laura Woodard, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Woodard is a native of Freeport, having graduated from Freeport High School in 2015. She then earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Troy University in 2018. Dr. Woodard completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2023. Since then, she has worked in outpatient orthopedic settings, treating a diverse array of conditions, with a primary focus on achieving patients' individual goals. Outside of practicing physical therapy, Dr. Woodard enjoys engaging in physical activity and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Matthew Leary, PT, DPT, ATC, Cert. DN
Physical Therapist - TPI Certified
Dr. Leary is a two time graduate from the University of Central Florida. His first degree was a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training, which he received in 2008. After practicing as an Athletic Trainer, he continued his education, receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. Once graduated he began practicing as an outpatient Physical Therapist. Dr. Leary has extensive education in sports/orthopedic rehabilitation with athletes of all ages, as well as, significant experience with neurological and balance/vestibular rehabilitation. He is Titleist Performance Institute Certified and currently resides in Niceville, FL (his childhood home) with his wife and four children.
